"Very Good"

The style of the hotel was amazing. It was clean and the location was great. Not far away from the cathedral and historic district.

The smell in the room was awful. It smells like wastewater. The hotel is on a really busy street so the noise was extreme. The breakfast area is in Winter way to cold. And in the room was not enough toilet paper we have to ask twice for more. And not enough towels.

"Du bon et du moins bon"

Très bel hôtel bien situé; facile d’accès à partir de la gare routière ligne métrobus 3 arrêt Clinica 2; 5 minutes de marche.

Propreté basique, chaussettes des anciens hôtes dans la chambre, cheveux dans la douche. Retard de prés d'1 heure au checking et surtout chambre (suite) bruyante et odeur d'humidité persistante. Petit déjeuner largement insuffisant pour le prix ( 3 nuits 343€) , nous avons du aller acheter des viennoiseries pour manger à notre fin et personnel tout juste aimable. Rapport qualité prix bien insuffisant par rapport à d'autres hôtels de même standing . Nous ne reviendrons pas.
