Localização boa e custo benefício. Apesar dos pontos negativos levantados, voltaria a ficar lá.

São 20 apartamentos por andar e como estavam com ocupação elevada, para usar o elevador foi difícil. Tem multa para quem deixar a louça suja mas não fornecem detergente nem pano de prato.
