Purtroppo, specialmente di mattina, una sgradevole puzza dalle fogne dei bagni, ma forse è proprio la zona... ma poi con il passare delle ore non si sente più... qualche pentola/padella migliore e qualche stoviglia in più

The location was good and had a beautiful view.

It was not clean, I couldn't use any utensils in the kitchen because they were dirty, there were flies in the bathroom coming from the humidity and it wasn't cleaned properly, the furniture was dirty and dusty. Very expensive price for what it offered.

WORST Hotel Experience Ever – A Complete Scam My friend and I have never encountered such a disgraceful level of service, dishonesty, and neglect in all our years of traveling. From start to finish, this property failed on every possible level. Despite repeated early check-in requests before and after payment—due to a flight landing at noon—we were promised priority. Upon arrival, the staff were shockingly rude, falsely claiming the apartment would be ready in 40 minutes. It wasn’t. We finally received access nearly two hours later, at 2:41 PM, with no apology or explanation. The misleading instructions set the tone: the directions were wrong, there were no clear the apartment number, by the way was 32 and we had to wander and guess where to go. This was only the beginning of the incompetence. Upon entering, we were met with disgusting, unsanitary conditions: •⁠ ⁠The bathroom was filthy, with toilet paper that had clearly fallen into the water and dried onto the heater. •⁠ ⁠No toiletries—only empty bottles. •⁠ ⁠The shower was caked in salt and lime scale, •⁠ ⁠the curtain in the bedroom was half-hanging, •⁠ ⁠there was no drinking water provided. •⁠ ⁠The kitchen had watered-down dish soap, and despite having a kettle and espresso machine, not a single coffee pod or tea bag was available. The final insult was the non-existent Wi-Fi. When we called for help, the support staff member was aggressively rude, blamed the owner for changing the network name, and offered zero assistance. I am absolutely appalled that this property holds an 8.1 rating. It is unclean, unprofessional, and utterly unwelcoming. Do not be fooled by the reviews—this place is a complete scam. We will never return and strongly advise everyone to avoid it at all costs.
