Location is great and in the center of the town

Second room is looking to the building hole that makes it little bit darker and no air condition in the second room. Rest is all perfect.

"Wonderful flat"

Great place, was perfect for my conference trip. Nice and clean and quiet, great to recharge. Excellent location: Walkable to the university as well as downtown for going out in the evening. Furnishings look new and modern, honestly one of the best showers I've had in my life. Wifi withstood video calls. The view was a bonus, beautiful!
