Villa Wananta

The staff were awesome.

The villa was located in a quiter location with great privacy and facilities. The staff were very welcoming and professional.

Large villa in a quiet area of Ubud. Perfect for 4 people. Complete kitchen and nice private pool. Great ghts warung at walking distance. We spent 4 nights and would go back.

Clean and perfect for kids.

The manager on duty was unresponsive to our calls and messages, despite us reaching out regarding a serious concern. We discovered two large reptiles in our room and immediately sent photos to him, yet received no response. Additionally, his demeanor during check-in was unprofessional and rude. Due to these circumstances, we were unable to stay in the villa even for a single night. I believe there should be customer policies in place that allow guests to lodge formal complaints and seek refunds in situations like this. I reaching out to expedia

Great location, amazingly quiet considering how much is around. The host is happy to take feedback in order to improve. They organised a driver for us who was fantastic and had great suggestions for day trips.

Loved the location and the style of the villa. The breakfasts were awesome but a bit tricky to order.

The pool was dirty.the bath was dirty. No tv in our bedroom which was fine. The good thing was once we asked for things to be done they did them straight away. After that we loved our stay there.

The house is amazing and very private. In a quiet area but close to everything. A good grocery store a few minutes walk away (and a smaller one 150m away) the staff is super helpful and accommodated all requests. We got a flower pool for my birthday and the floating breakfast one morning. Everything was super nice and communication through WhatsApp was great! Thank you! I hope to be back soon!
