We cannot even STORE BAGS til your 4:00 check in. We always arrive from DC at 1:00. It’s annoying and a bummer. Can’t go out for breakfast and then return for bags on checkout day. You cancel the code as soon as we leave the apt on check out day. It has happened TWICE now

One of the most beautiful boutique stays I've had in a while. It's super close to many shops, restaraunts, bars, family friendly sites, and transportation hubs. The facility even has storage included in case you have late take offs but want to hang around in the area for a few hours. Would recommend this location!

Excellent location, spacious apartment, paid parking lots nearby, in the middle of ann arbor's cafes and restaurants, easy checkin/checkout.

Not sparkling clean, carpets and bathrooms had hair

I will say the space was nice, but the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floors were dirty, as shown on the bottom of our feet. The only other complaint was trying to get in to the property with your bags. Having a dedicated space in front of the building to unload, and/or, at least, having a luggage cart to help with getting your bags to your room would have been very appreciated.

The online Check in did not start until 5 pm for a same day booking . The code in the elevator did not work until I called the help number. I HATE e hotels.

This is a perfect location and much better than a hotel for those who want to avoid eating out every meal. Small things keep it from being excellent, like a lack of a bath rug or hooks for towels; a lack of hand towels and sponges in the kitchen. Not deal breakers, but inconveniences.

It would have been helpful to have some orientation to the remote identification system in advance.

Upon arrival in our 90 in tall van, we discovered that it was too tall for either of the neighboring parking garages. Upon phoning, the agent could only repeat the `fine print' about not taking responsibility for parking. This was quite stressful, until we met someone on the street who could direct to a parking facility on an adjacent street. Parking is the first issue a guest faces and should receive clear instructions about options in the vicinity of the unit.

L'appartamento è molto vicino all'università, circa 10-15 minuti a piedi, è nei pressi del Blake Transit Center dove ferma il pullman che collega Ann Arbor con l'aeroporto di Detroit. A 5 minuti a piedi si trova anche una fantastica cooperativa che vende ottimi prodotti alimentari. L'interno dell'appartamento è molto comodo, forse da migliorare tutto il sistema dei codici, anche se una volta imparato poi è affrontabile. La cucina è ben dotata, avrei forse aggiunto qualche tovaglietta per quando si mangia e qualche piatto fondo, ma sono tutti miglioramenti che aumenterebbero la qualità del soggiorno che già così è stata eccellente.
