Excellent location. Property was clean but could use some more up keep.

No staff which was expected, but expensive for provided amenities and no housekeeping.

There was no toilet paper available anywhere in the apartment. We were there for less than 24 hours so it wasn’t a major issue, but it was still an unpleasant issue since we weren’t aware until we got back from our concert late.

Perfect location for our needs. Clean and well-equipped.

The only thing missing was a wine opener.

Excellent location in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor. The flat was great - clean, large, small terrace and full kitchen.

Minor point that the beds were rather small - fitting two adults wouldn't be easy. No issues with the key codes until departure day - an hour before check out, they stopped working - other guests had the same issue. Delayed us slightly and not a big deal, but if you were catching a flight, it wouldn't be easy.

Location is fantastic. No parking on site, but there's a garage one block away. We've stayed at this property (various units) multiple times (from 1-night to 5 nights) and keep returning because it's very convenient, clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The studio doesn't have very thick shades, so it's pretty bright at night.
