Very clean, comfortable, spacious, family neighborhood (house next door!), friendly staff go above board to help, many smart, thoughtful ideas built into rooms, accessible room is really good, good filling hot and cold breakfast choices. Pool is small, ?no hot tub?, parking isn't free but is well lit - otherwise a perfect place to stay near Seal Beach. Great value for the price.

Modern and spacious

Rolf upon check-in we needed to pay $80 deposit for room. However on check out we were told we would have to wait “several” days for the deposit to be returned. 3 months later still waiting
