No Elevator

Our stay was exceptionally memorable, firstly because of the hospitality of the staff and clean and cozy interior. The room was really clean and well furnished, every detail was perfect. We will surely come back to this wonderful hotel! 💗

Location is great. Tbilisi is not quite big city, in addition of the hotel's location, reaching somewhere takes not more than 15 minutes. Building is historical, staff is polite. That's all

No elevator . Our room was very cold first . Then I've realised that the radiator is stone cold in bathroom . After our 5 hour long train journey , I had no chance to shower because lack of the hot water. At the morning, my wife realised that our hair dryer is broken, we informed the staff but they couldn't replace it in next two days. Supervisor of the hotel helped us to dry our hair in their room and they offered to change our room at last night . Due to ending our vacation, we rejected it . In addition, drainage of bathroom is clogged and nobody came in our room to replace our towels for 3 days. (I added the picture of the towel, it was hangşng there about 3 days in same position :) ) Probably , I will not visit again even after the politeness of the staff.

Extremely clean, amazing host , great hospitality

It was my leisure trip, a solo trip to Georgia. I had to visit other places as well so I only had one day to stay in the Townhouse Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi. It was kind of a last-minute booking of mine through booking.com and initially, I was a bit afraid of how the property would be because sometimes it shows differently online. In reality, it's different. The moment I entered the hotel for check-in I felt a different vibe altogether it felt like home to me, with calm and relaxing vibes right from the property entrance itself. I was traveling continuously so I didn't feel relaxed for days but the moment I entered there it was like I entered my own house full of warmth. Tina was the host to assist me and she was so welcoming and polite throughout my stay. Starting from the check-in she assisted me in providing the best available room according to my preference, after that she made sure my stay was smooth enough until I checked out. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay and roam the old Tbilisi city. Whenever I am traveling next there for sure I'll be staying in Townhouse only. Loved their hospitality and service.
