"It a nice hotel, cute. need to work on the service"

When we arrived they did not have our room ready,we had to wait 30-40m. And we didn’t have toilet paper we had to remind them.

Rooms are nice and clean, beds are really comfortable. The staff was also great always ready for anything we needed help with. We got to ride the bikes to the malecon( they need some work, but still ridable). Hotel is close to restaurants, casino, and malecones.

Totalmente recomendable quedarte aquí, el staff super amable, los cuartos ni se diga, estaban súper limpios, amplios y bonitos!!! Tienen un café muy bueno y recomendable, dejaron entrar a mi perrito con una cuota baja y fui la mas feliz, definitivamente regresare! El precio es muy bueno para lo que se ofrece ☺️

Hermoso hotel. Buena ubicación y limpieza. El trato del personal amable. Volveria a hospedarme. Esta céntrico. Usan productos naturales para tu higiene.

As I informed the desk clerk. I called the front desk because I wasn’t getting hot water she said it took a while. 20 minutes later the water was still freezing . Ans I told her at checkout that I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay there again because of the lack of hot water
