Ballyroan - Peaceful Dog Friendly Cottage

Lovely bungalow with spacious rooms and a well equipped kitchen.

This photo is from the back and my mum is disabled. To get to the back door you must first climb about 10 stone steps.

Numerous steps to reach area of front door then really step narrow steps before getting to front door very hard if ur disabled Hard to get to waste bins as bushes over grown It states parking for numerous cars , but struggled with my 4x4 House sign is hidden could do to be near steps to property

The location and the layout of the bungalow and the large light rooms

Outdoor area was a bit scruffy and the double bed was uncomfortable

Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Good location

Last 3 steps into cottage were very high and no rail

Plenty of room and facilities in a lovely area.

No wardrobes? No shower mats, A wet mop was left in a cupboard in the kitchen and became very smelly. The patio area was untidy and had weeds and piles of dead leaves on it. The black metal patio set was covered in green algae. Parking was tight. No kitchen towel or j cloth type scourer.

Excellent location, just minutes to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Amroth and Narberth. Spacious bungalow with 2 bathrooms and lovely garden.

We liked it all.

The parking is not as advertised. I believe the neighbours are using the parking spaces of this property and we had no space for us

Really convenient location for beaches and linking to our relatives staying in Kilgetty. Garden was good for the dog who was on her first holiday and she soon relaxed into her new environment.

Very comfortable little house and nicer than it looks in the pics - spacious, light, very well equipped. Great location for Saundersfoot and Tenby. We also loved the nature reserve in the village for local dog walking.

Despite being listed as dog friendly the garden isn’t completely secure - there is no fence at the side of the house and it’s an open walkway around to the road. We had to build a barrier from old garden furniture and hope for the best (this did work).
