"Horrible night "

I arrive at the hotel at 5 p.m and they checked me in at 7 p.m it’s was the most horrible. Unfriendly. Missed up night I stayed in a hotel,, never never to stay again.. the only thing was good in the hotel was the breakfast it was a huge. Delicious.. even the check out was horrible.. no one to help with the luggage,, not enough staff.. not polite.. bad crowded lobby

Very difficult to park due to construction Took over an hour to get my car from Vallet because they lost my car keys Manager Hazem didnt follow up or show up to resolve the issue If this is how they handle small things like car parking, i can never imagine how they would handle an important event or celebration Highly dont recommend, so many hotels in Salmiya book else where

"Old and dated"

Great service but the hotel is in pretty poor condition. It's very dated and in pretty poor condition for a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in 3 star hotels in better condition.
