Good location

Management . Hotel has no reception which is stated when you make a reservation but if something goes wrong you might end up on a street , for example if your digital key suddenly stops working and restaurant on the ground floor is closed then you will be locked out of the hotel. It happened to us in the early morning when we had to check out but our digital key stopped working and it was difficult to get in touch with anyone for a while, making phone calls and texting which is expensive if you are roaming. We had car coming to pick us up to go to meeting in Amsterdam which I had to cancel and get charged for it. Room was pretty clean and comfortable bed but no windows really, just a tiny one which was ok as we didn’t spend much time in the room.
