Rio Spot Copacabana/Ipanema U048

This is a very well located apartment that has everything that you need and is well located in Ipanema. There is plenty of space for a couple or two couples with two bathrooms as well.

We were asked to facilitate a gas check during our stay.

Excellent location - easy to walk to both Copacabana and Ipanema. Central location for Uber or Taxi (always very quick) and close to train station.

Facilities were good enough but just a small investment in new bedding and towels would make a very positive impact (clean but welll used). Provision of beach towels would be helpful as many don't bring their own due to luggage restrictions. Sofa cover could have used a wash. Batteries in 2 of 3 remote controls were dead and needed replacing (not a big thing but should have been checked pre-occupancy).

The communication could be better, it's a feedback not a complain.

The apartment itself is disposed in a walkable and relatively safe neighborhood. I thoroughly enjoyed checking out what the district had to offer as far as restaurants, gyms and other places of interest. Second bathroom was a nice feature.

Noise level from the street was highly uncomfortable. I am surprised that I was able to sleep through it most nights. However, when one is already experiencing levels of insomnia; this place may not be best suited. Also, the armoire in the bedroom had a distinct smell that reeked of replacement or maybe thorough cleaning.

Exactly like the pictures, super clean and great location.

Ground floor so lots of noise from the street.

Lots of space and location was amazing. Fantastic security too!

Only thing I would say is there is no tumble-dryer to dry clothes once washed, apart from that, perfect.
