"The toilets fall off their mountings."

There was no breakfast buffet.....just some idli sambar

The toilet fell off it's mountings and there was no compensation or an alternate room provided. Horrible experience and the manager refused to believe it even when i showed him the fault in multiple other toilets incorrectly constructed.

Overall the Stay was amazing. The staff is very polite and respectful The Room was clean Room service was quick

There should be a backup for powercut. It doesn't look good or feel safe if there is a powercut when someone is alone.
