Oak Tree Inn

This is my second stay at Oak Tree Motel, I chose it a second time for the following reasons. The quality of the staff made my family stay really enjoyable. I found all members of staff approachable and friendly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and kept clean by hard working and friendly staff. The room was spacious, well ventilated using open windows/air conditioning. A microwave and fridge allowed us great flexibility. The location of the motel gave us easy access to public transport (this was great for someone from the UK who didn't wish to drive) a local greengrocer, department store, restaurants as well as other shops.

Never had an issue with this property or the owners until today. Shortly after checking in we heard a noise coming from the bathroom. Husband walked over and saw a man trying to climb in through the bathroom window . I was petrified and refused to stay the night . We left immediately didn’t ask for refund , just left ! I called the property to notify them about it and the female owner said “ok “ . As if it was a regular occurrence. Never again .

Great stay and the owner even let me park in the handicap space for the night when the parking was full. Great stay!!

Quieter than I thought

There was no sink space, and no telephone, and it was very noisy

Old hotels some have a lot you can do without a huge outlay of money. They have made up for that with friendliness, customer service, and an AWESOME bed. Literally. It was fantastic and I used to travel more.

The room is falling apart and it’s so dirty. I would never stay here again. Do not recommend!
