Es preciso para lo que uno necesita al viajar. Estaba limpio y es cómodo. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Nosotras no salimos a tour temprano y en la mañana se siente el ruido del movimiento de gente y cuando empieza el aseo. La puerta del baño es tipo granero por lo que no cierra completamente.

We booked this hotel on short notice as we were returning from Argentina early due to weather, so now we had two nights in Puerta Natales, and once we arrived, I wished we could have stayed here for the second night, but our accommodation for the next night was non refundable. The location was excellent, one block from the waterfront and SixT car rental to drop off our vehicle. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable and the price allowed me to book a separate room for my two daughters. They offer filtered water and luggage lift and sufficient breakfast with made to order eggs. Even thought we were going to a nice hotel the next day, I would have preferred not to move. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were very welcoming and accommodating.

Nothing comes to mind other than there is no lift for the guests, just luggage, but that was no problem for us.

Very clean!

Baggage storage could be more secure.
