Cedar Falls Motel

I loved this little cottage! If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t that. If you’re looking for friendly, comfortable, budget-friendly, and convenient, this is it! The staff are so friendly and hospitable! I LOVED being ON the mountain and able to access all it offers. I will be staying here again!

I wish every little motel were like this.

Beautiful location, clean and relaxed vibe, and my kids absolutely loved the pool after a long travel day. 10/10, hope to stay again if we’re back in the area.

It was very good! The hotel was old, but the room was clean and nice!

Motel is inside beautiful, wondrous Petit Falls State Park and close to outstanding Mather Lodge and Cedar Falls Trail and Boardwalk Overlook. Nice outdoor pool. The lodge, boardwalk, and Petit Jean gravesite are must see for their marvelous views.

This was a great stay.It was nice and quiet.We were just passing through.If you stay here go to the overlook looking over the Arkansas River.It is beautiful.

What a lovely setting! The motel is basic, which is fine with us. It was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and check in was easy. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were just beautiful. We'll return!

My room was clean and no bugs, there were plenty towels BUT my room had a major leak in the sink. Everything that came out of the faucet ran on the floor, there was no electricity in the bathroom and the shower scared me. I needed a place to sleep overnight and leave in the morning. If you need ice, you need to bring it. The owner was very friendly and asked why didn't I let her know. Well I had a job on the mountain and it was very late when I finished, I just wanted to lay down. I got up that morning and was going to shower but no way was I going to do that so I informed them of the situation and left. This place is not for me!

This property has an excellent location for a very reasonable price.
