Location is perfect to visit main attractions in San Sebastian. Room is big and clean with nice view on the church.

Towel service and toiletries can be improved.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the old town with an abundance of restaurants, pubs, cafes and tapas. The breakfast was excellent, amazing variety to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful

"Fabulous in my favourite place on earth - San Sebastián"

Location was super central. Atari bar was wonderful. Great staff and food and drinks. Particular shout to Mariano who was excellent.

Nothing - be mindful it’s located beside the Basilica so bells every hour!
