Italian Fairytale Apartment by Rent All Como

Beautiful apartment very close to the town of Como. Well maintained and warm with all the features required for a home from home. The decor is beautiful and the balconies were a delight. We could reach the port or restaurants in minutes. The area is quiet overall (ambulance sirens excepted - but this is a legislation issue about nighttime noise in towns and not the apartment manager's fault). It is close to the hill climb to Brunate, which is wonderful. A second set of keys would help for more than one occupant so that one person isn't locked out or more worryingly,locked in (should there be an emergency, the main door and gate need a key to get out). We had a really lovely time here and would certainly return. Anyone staying here will love it. Wonderful to see a traditional building still alive and loved.

Everything! Location, facilities, support, advise

The apartment was excellent. It was in an ideal location just a short walk from the centre of Como. The management team were always on hand for any queries. If we go back to Como we would use them again. Very very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

Nice appartment, clean, good space, in a quiet area. Few minutes to walk from the center and old town. Nice with balcony.

Location was great, the apartment is a 10' walk from the city centre and in a residential/quiet area. It has all the amenities you need, and we appreciated the nice welcome gift from the hosts! For two people the apartment felt very spacious and incredibly comfortable, with some beautiful decors throughout. Communication was great, very efficient, we always felt taken care of.

It would have been useful to have towel racks in the bathroom to hang all the different towels and have a more efficient experience. We did have an issue with the key as we arrived, but that was immediately resolved by the hosts.

It was spacious and clean. About a 10-15 min walk to most restaurants and attractions.

Although there was air conditioning it took about a day for the facility to cool off, there also was no air circulation so an additional fan to move the cool air around would have helped a ton!

It was very spacious and clean with a good location; quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the city center, to where you can take the boats and to the bus/train station as well.

During our stay the hot water disappeared for one day, but the hosts were very helpful and we got it back right away.
