The restaurant staff where very nice.

The currency conversion boards were highly inaccurate, and no adjustments were made. Airport pick-up service was substandard. Upon arrival, I had to request that stained bedsheets be replaced, and the room had a mosquito issue. I had to leave the hotel as there was an issue with the wifi.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Everything from check-in to check-out was well-organized, professional, and of high quality. The service was excellent – the staff were always friendly, attentive, and showed great discipline in their work. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with everything I needed. The spa and massage services were a highlight – relaxing and professionally done in a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all of a very high standard, with fresh ingredients and a great selection. The food was delicious and served with a smile. Overall, my stay was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

"The staff were really nice and friendly."

The breakfast was good but there was a cold croissants for breakfast also there was no butter for my toast so I was keep asking staff to get me Some. The location was really bad as I was spending time and money on taxis to get to places.

Not Having air-conditioning at the hotel, better food menu and being on time for airport pickup. When checked into our room at the first night there were lots of insects all over the room and the bathroom was smelly. The Hotel manager was informed of this and he gave us a nicer-room. Also, I didn’t like the fact that there were no milk for tea and coffee in the room. As was keep paid for Milk for my tea and it was not cheap.
