A wonderful hotel on the upper market scale, centrally located in Madrid. Breakfast was accompanied by piano music, adding a refined touch to the stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall experience was pleasant what one expects from an upmarket hotel.

We couldn't use the complementary drink voucher at the swimming pool.

Loved everything about it!! The pool, the location, the rooms, the cleanliness & the breakfast was incredible!!

Very minor, but there was no music up at the roof top bar. I did ask the bar guy and he said they don’t have music.. I thought it was strange for a bar & also a music hotel!

Perfekt beliggenhed, historien i bygning, renlighed, duften, god seng og god morgenmad. Poolen var dejligt og personale ved poolen var festligt. God cava sangria. Massagen ved poolen var den bedste jeg har prøvet længe.
