The Leo Kent Hotel, Tucson, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

First time here and in the city. When trying to navigate a downtown hotel, parking and unloading can be hectic. Damian the valet was very helpful with guiding and recommending options. Very accommodating with requests as well.

Hotel was great! Valet Tristen was awesome and very quick every time we needed the car!

The room and especially the location..just across the street from the Fox Theatre!

Only one coffee pod in the room (tgey had one decaf, one regular) That was the only improvement that I noticed was needed.

Only one coffee pod in the room and no coffee, tea, or water in the lobby. Parking on top of room expense was a lot.

Last minute stay due to a flight cancellation. Staff was excellent and helpful. Shout out to Tristen at the valet. This is the type of employee every business hopes for in customer service. Room was clean and quiet, restaurant was a great option for in hotel dining. Recommend a stay here.

This wasn't our first time at The Leo Kent, we love staying there but this stay was different. Our trip to Tucson was not planned, it was due to a medical emergency involving my daughter. We were tired travelers coming in from Southern California and emotionally drained From dealing with the medical situation but the staff from the moment we arrived were awesome. A few who really stood out were, Asia, who checked to see if the room was ready for early check in, Conner and Kelsi in the bar area and David (Task mgmt). All of these employees went above and beyond. They made the situation better for us. Thank you! We will be back!
