Poor and inconvenience we given a room which is dirty ,faulty air conditioner and staff is arrogant refuse to change knowing it very hot with faulty air conditioner and blocked sink ,smelly room.Hence very poor hotel so I have to change to other hotel

I had a very good stay. Mr Waleed front desk Mgr was the best. very helpful, polite, cool, wonderful & friendly. I had a problem with my room condition, Mr Waleed fixed it. I don't have enough words to thank him.Mr Waleed is gorgeous. I always asked him to book/ order taxi. I really trust him a lot. he is trust worthy person with lots of good manners & always smile. Mr Abdurazaq M hotel manager was very helpful. He did help me for doctor appointment, I had leg pain. thanking Him & Mr Waleed for all their help. God bless their hearts. Khan
