A wonderful place to unwind, with breathtaking views and a calm atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Sofiene, who was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. He truly made our stay memorable.

L emplacement de l hotel, le restaurant a la carte espadon , le pianiste , les personnels très professionnels

L équipement de la chambre non confortable le matelas nul , la toilette nul surtout le tuileau de la cuvette son emplacement nul et son utilisation très difficile 😡et ancien model , les tapies des couloirs sont nuls et très sale , j ai pas trouvé les brosses a dents 😫, le petit déjeuner ce manque beaucoup des choses surtout J ai pas trouvé les légumes de la saison 😫

The location, the facility, and the food.

The facts that I paid for 2 nights for me and my partner, but the manager wouldn't let my partner stay at the same room so I had to pay for an extra room for her there for we only stay one night instead of tow. Please refund me $202. That the hotel charge me for an extra room.

The management who didn't allow my partner to stay with me at the same room therefore I had to pay for an extra room for her ($202) Please refund me that amount because I made the reservation through booking and I mentioned that it was for for 2 people.
