1. Odor. Rust. I booked a room for two weeks. We were not able to examine the room prior to checking in. My cancellation expired the day before I and my guest checked in. Once I checked in and viewed the room, I wasn't able to stay due to allergic health concerns. I reported my concerns to the front desk clerk. I contacted Team OYO. I asked for a refund and was willing to pay for a weeks stay (although neither I nor my guest were staying there). Team OYO gave me wrong phone numbers. One number had 13 digits. Of course, I didn't call it. I was told by Team OYO that Booking was contacted, and I would be refunded. I was given a specific number to call for the refund. The Booking representative stated that one one from Team OYO contacted them regarding the refund. Team OYO would have to approve the refund. Team OYO stated that Booking would have to approve the refund. After a week, I was finally emailed from Team OYO. The refund was denied. I would have accepted a partial refund or something back. This booking cost me $742.03. I will never book OYO again. 2. I'm disappointed with Booking also. I've booked with them for years without a problem. I have never failed to cancel within a timely manner. Due to my concerns, surely Booking could have given me a portion of the refund back. Booking blamed OYO. OYO blamed booking. I hold both of them accountable. As a senior citizen with limited income, I can not afford to give away $742.03. I am disappointed!

The area it was in.

The property needs to be updated and the pictures on the website are incorrect. There were bugs on the bed and clothes. Holes everywhere
