Some annoying things (that can be easily fixed) but overall excellent stay. Theater room and pool are great and an excellent way to spend time on rainy days. Pool table was a hit too. Not a working can opener in the kitchen, and the frying pans are almost useless. Nonstick with only metal utensils available, so condition is predictable. Fortunately we had brought our own griddle up as well, knowing how many we would be cooking for. But view is wonderful, and surprisingly convenient to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg. We had some other issues which they addressed well and were very accommodating. Communication takes time as there is no direct way to talk to local staff - it all goes through a national number and emails. Bottom line we would certainly stay here again.
