Desde el primer día el servicio fue excelente. Nos sentimos en casa, todo el personal muy hospitalarios y super limpio. La locación del lugar es perfecto se puede descansar muy bien. Recomendable 100/10. Muchísimas gracias NANA Vida, regresaríamos sin duda.

The rooms to the street are super noisy!

This is such a charming hotel in a great neighborhood. We were only at the hotel for one night and we wish we had more nights booked here . They offer complimentary coffee and mezcal and when you arrive you are gifted some beautiful soap . The most amazing thing is that after we left , we got a message from the hotel letting us know that we had left behind some cash in the safe and they actually put the money in our Pay Pal account! We cannot thank them enough for this! We hope to return on our next visit to Mexico City !

Location, staff and atmosphere were fantastic. Rooms were large, clean and comfy with great AC. They have unlimited water, juice and mescal and a lovely 24/7 roof top garden that catches the sun all day. The pros far outweigh the minor cons of this location, and we would stay there again if coming to CDMX.

The street noise was a little bothersome, as local bar runs music and a crowd for hours each day and night. There was no noise from the other rooms in the hotel. The outside noise is not really an issue if you are out all day and night yourself, but we found it hard to take those well needed naps from 4-7 p.m after a long day in the heat exploring. They provide ear plugs and we brought our own. It was fine, but something to be aware of if you are sensitive. Also there was no blackout curtains which was a big downside for us because of the bright street lights, simple fix with an eye mask though.

The staff was excelent, warm and helpful.

Conversation sound travels between the reception area to the rooms, but it didn't pose a problem except for late one night.
