No había agua caliente

El área es muy accesible y segura, el lugar en general necesita mantenimiento. Al llegar pregunten por las reglas del propietario porque en expedia no están incluidas y después los encargados salen con un contrato que debe firmarse y una lista de restricciones. Las camas y las almohadas son comodas, el internet falla mucho y la limpieza no está incluida, no proporcionan suficiente papel higiénico ni jabón, porque solo dan de cortesía al llegar, pero hay un supermercado muy cerca.

Me fue mal llegué a las 8:30 de la noche Tenía cita a las 9 desde las 8 de la mañana avisé q no tenía agua No tuve agua ni para bañarme ni para lavarme los dientes ni para nada No lo recomiendo la pasé muy mal no pudieron dar solución Fue un problema grande y tenía una cita muy importante

Muy bonito y limpio, la zona parece tranquila y segura, tienen estacionamiento. El personal es muy amable. Sin duda volvería a reservarlo.

The staff are friendly, I booked a cosy suite room, room presented well, however, it was extremely noisy, there was a lift car park below which would make the whole room shake from the hours of 6am to 1am, people in above and beside apartments extremely loud, poor sound insulation resulting in tv, conversations and footsteps heard at all hours from neighbours. Hard to relax here. I think overpriced.

Very comfy bed. Upon arrival hotel clerks asked for a deposit of 500. Which sounded suspicious to me. When i tried to call expedia, they said nevermind! We were on the 5th floor where on the last night there was a huge party with people outside of the hotel able to enter- i felt unsafe alone with my child and we locked ourselves inour bedroom until the morning as the outer door to street was left open and anyobe could enter our landing. The hard stomping and painfully loud fiesta right above us that kept us up til 3/4am and cigarette smoke billowing into our room all night was our breaking point. Will not recommend this hotel for families at all. Should be listed this way.

El lugar muy bien ubicado, la suite cómoda, el personal sonriente, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo negativo para mí: el ruido y movimiento que generara la plataforma de estacionamiento, que estando en CDMX, te pone constantemente en alerta pensando se trata de un temblor, ahí como el hecho de que se transmite el ruido de la calle y de las habitaciones contiguas.

Muy buena habitaciones y muy centrico el lugar. los recomiendo muchisimo.
