目の前がビーチでロケーションは良いです。

頼み事があってもスタッフは誰もいなく、不在になる時間が多々あり困った。 早目の到着だった事もあり、ブランチを頼んだところ快く対応したものの、料理が出てくるまで2時間半かかり味も今一つ。因みに夕食も勧められたが断った。

The staff was courteous. The waves were awesome.

We paid almost $200 for a room. Upon check in, we were given a small room with no windows. When I complained they took a picture of my confirmation and spent 30 minutes figuring out what to do. They finally gave us a giant room at the top of the building. Unfortunately, the rooom had ants and they came into the bed while I was working on my computer at night. There wasn’t really any food on the premises. The cable didn’t work and wi fi was spotty.

The staff are accommodating and nice to their guests.

there is no elevator going to the higher floors.

better to train all staff so they could give a better customer service
