The hotel itself is very beautiful with Japanese aesthetic. However there were so many things I didn’t like about the hotel. First off, the hotel doesn’t allow you to bring food or drink from outside back to your room. They never state why so I’m assuming they just want you to eat their food. But the cooking for the room service was very mid. They claim to have a 24/7 mart but it only has vending machine with mainly water. You’re not allow to order grab since the delivery in on a bike and they don’t allow them on their property. Secondly, they have a price list in the binder that lets guest know how much they will be charged if something goes missing. So it’s your job when you enter the room to see that you have everything that you’re suppose to before they assumed you took it. Speaking in that, when you check out, they scan the room so that you don’t leave anything behind. But it made med felt like they checking to make sure you didn’t take anything. As for the water park, they make it very inconvenient to get towels. Either you have to walk rlly far to get it or go into their little shop. The water is heated. But not the air so it could be very cold when stepping out of the water. Lastly we checked in as a family with 3 separate rooms but they placed us all on different floors and we couldn’t get access to each other and had to keep meeting in the lobby to give each other things that we needed. In the end. This hotel look and claim five stars, but I would say not.

Spent 3 nights in the executive suite. Great value for money for my family of six. It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner. It’s not far but the 40km/hr speed limit and traffic made the rides at least 30 minutes or more each way. In town, the food quality, selection, and cost was unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice, but room service food and price was ridiculous compared to what you can find outside of the hotel. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again! Some info that may be useful: Room had flip flops you can wear out. Couple of umbrellas in the room. Take towels to the waterpark - they charge you to rent towels, except for the Onsen area that provides towels on the 4th floor. Lockers are on the 1st floor Waterpark and 4th floor Onsen, but each lockers are relatively small.

Nice resort with waterpark and onsen, very good restaurant. There is not much around the resort and it's quite far away from Da Nang center. The villa we've stayed in would need a bit of touch up here and there (dirty walls/ceiling, cracked sink), but had comfy beds and japanese toilet. Main hotel building looked good, food both at the main restaurant and at the waterpark was very good. Waterpark was great for kids, onsen was really good. Overall very nice resort.

The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again.

Very good facilities. Some work happening on indoor pool, but should be great when it’s finished. Outdoor slides were great. Beach on the other side of town is better, but this place is more for the hotel facilities. If not eating in hotel (teppanyaki restaurant was very good) it is a 15 minute drive to anywhere decent, but Grab is cheap. Well worth a visit for a few days, and if staying longer good to combine this with Hoi A stay.

Tinh was perfect hostess! Suite was extraordinary! Lobby is very artistic. Breakfast buffet is mainly for Asians and is without western offerings.

We loved our rooms, all the Christmas decorations, the water parks, the rooftop infinity pool and the spa. The breakfast buffet and the restaurants were great too. We would definitely go back and stay there next time we visit Da Nang.

I booked this for my mom as belated birthday trip- get away weekend and she in love. Definitely recommend

The resort hotel is unlike any other in the area. It has very pleasing and tranquil Japanese style. It is huge with two water parks (free outdoor, paid indoor), several nice restaurants, a beach club and beach facilities. Infinity pool and jacuzzi onsen on the roof are really relaxing with beautiful views. The hotel room was very spacious with iving area and balcony with onsen and connecting door to the large bathroom. Everyone in the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd come back again. It is highly recommended.
