Hotel is very, very good. Room was amazing, pool amazing, and restaurants on site very very high quality. The staff also are incredible, special mention to Melpo at the restaurant who looked after us a treat! The location is right by the beach and a 15min drive into Heraklion centre.

"Perfektes Hotel mit Top Service"

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, mit Top Service, das Personal ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann 24/7 auf Whatsapp schreiben und sie antworten sofort. Mit den Restaurants waren wir auch zufrieden. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen. Die Pool bar war auch top und das Essen sehr lecker! Die Flugzeuge haben uns nicht gestört, man hört sie zwar kurz landen, aber es war Abends auch schön sie anzusehen.

Der Spa Bereich muss leider extra gezahlt werden, aber wir haben die Zeit sowieso gerne am Pool oder Strand verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen, es ist zwar nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, aber man braucht ein Mietwagen um ein bisschen shoppen zu können oder andere Restaurants zu besuchen.
