Staff members were exceptionally professional and helpful. The lady who works the late-night shift until 11 PM was particularly friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a table, nor a chair, to do some work. The lobby table it situated poorly, because all the people coming in and out, it's impossible to do work there.

Fui por trabajo, 3 dias, y la verdad relacion precio-calidad-ubicacion, me parece genial. El personal no siempre sabe comunicarse en ingles, pero algunos son bastante diligentes. Las chicas que arreglan las habitaciones son muy amables y se nota que son meticulosas con la limpieza.

Clean, spacious and great location. It's very close to the Expo Center, making it so convenient for a work trip. I love their L'Occitane toiletries! The only problem I had was that I couldn't crank up the AC! But the view from my window was amazing!

I had difficulty cranking up the air conditioning. Other than that, everything works well.
