We were treated like an all-you-can-eat buffet by bed bugs. We tried to communicate with the staff, but they didn't seem to care. For your health, stay away from this place.

Title: Bed Bugs and Poor Maintenance – Avoid This Apartment The apartment has a good location, but that’s where the positives end. The unit was poorly maintained, with no utensils in the kitchen and cleaning tools (like mop, broom, and bucket) shoved into the closet, making it uncomfortable to hang clothes or use the space properly. The management also imposed ridiculous extra charges—€5 for a suitcase and €3 for a backpack, which we were never informed of in advance. Worst of all, at 4:00 a.m. we discovered a bed bug in the bed, and my wife suffered multiple bites. I called, emailed, and texted the management, but they never responded. Not even an apology or acknowledgment. This apartment turned our stay into a nightmare. Until the bed bugs are treated and the management becomes responsive and professional, I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Location is very good, generally fine apartment though super tiny.

Bedbugs. I was bitten heavily on the sofa bed.

• Amazing location: The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. • Attractive design: The space is nicely decorated with a modern and pleasant aesthetic that creates a good first impression. • Convenient check-in and check-out: The process was smooth and efficient, with no issues on arrival or departure.

Strong, unpleasant smell of mold: From the moment I entered, there was a noticeable musty odor that lingered throughout the stay. • Mold in the bedroom: After the first night I woke up with a headache and a bit sore throat, and I felt like getting sick, while on the day of travel I was feeling completely fine. The reason was found out on the last day, when I accidentally discovered blooming mold on the bedroom wall. It was difficult to notice earlier due to poor lighting and the shutters being closed at check-in. All the windows face a noisy, busy road and nearby construction site, making it impossible to leave it open for fresh air without constant noise disturbance. The level of mold was insane (that will be visible in the attached photos) and I’m concerned that the stuff was clearly aware of the issue and let people to stay in an unhealthy conditions!!!!! that is unacceptable!!!!!! • Construction noise: Ongoing construction next door was only disclosed after the booking was confirmed. This should have been communicated upfront. • Missing cutlery: Basic kitchen items like cutlery were not provided, which was inconvenient and unexpected for a self-catering apartment. • Unhygienic extra blanket: An extra blanket was available, but it had visible blood stains. It would be appropriate to either replace such items or at least provide a clean duvet cover to ensure hygiene and guest comfort. Summary: While the apartment has definite advantages in terms of location and visual appeal, the overall experience was significantly impacted by hygiene, health, and noise issues. The presence of mold, poor air circulation, and stained bedding made the stay uncomfortable and even unsafe. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STAYING UNTIL THE ISSUE WITH THE MOLD IS RESOLVED !!!!!! I hope booking will make a proper investigation and if needed I can provide video with more detailed review.
