The personnel at this location provide great customer service, which significantly enhances my experience. The Front Desk personnel, Cyntell and Li'nus in the dinner area, Paola, and Housing Keeping Nickole and Shandely have all contributed to this. Every time I came to Killeen from Iraq, this establishment's great service has made a significant difference.
