I loved everything about the property, It ticked all the boxes, and I definitely recommend booking the property to stay, I give the accommodation and staff 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 😊😊🔥🔥

The flat is on the ground floor, so it was easy to access. No neighbour noise from the one, upstairs neighbour. The bedroom was spacious and bright. Ashany, who dealt with my booking, and my complaints, was polite and helpful. The welcome and check in instructions were accurate. The heating was efficient, and there was plenty of hot water.

I was very, very disappointed by this property. The most difficult issue to deal with was the extremely poor double glazing in the bedroom, which has a large bay window onto a very busy road. It actually sounded like you are overlooking a roaring river. The double glazing is definately not up to the job. The road noise was so loud, I thought the window was open. My stay was booked for four nights, and I did not relax or have a proper sleep at all. I found a number of other things that did not meet my expectations. This is in no particular order: Very uncomfortable sofa. This was positioned too close to the enormous television. Like sitting at the front row of a cinema with your head craned back. Old and ugly toilet brush, needs replacing. Cheap, flimsy and insufficient toilet rolls. Only 3 provided for a 4 night stay. No cleaning materials of any kind. Something like cif, and a surface cleaner and a scourer for stuck on food would be helpful. Greasy baking tray. (It was in the cupboard not in the oven). Greasy inside all the utensil drawers. Big curly hair in the utensil drawer, to the left of the cooker. Only three mugs provided. No tissues. No hook on the bedroom door to hang dressing gown. Bath plug is not attached to the chain. No bin in bathroom. One dining chair is quite wobbly. Very nice welcome pack, with laminated pages. Looks professional and well thought out. However, it should be displayed on the table in a prominent position. It was shoved under table mats in the dining room. I did not find it until the second day. Tea lights were a nice touch. But no matches or lighter had been provided. Were these left by a previous guest? The small soaps etc are welcome. Unfortunately, they just look so small and mean, like in a cheap hotel, not generous at all. The bathroom was tiny! Very uncomfortable with barely room to move. The shower over the bath was a weak trickle. Front lawn is a mess, full of weeds. Weeds up the path.

Very, very disappointing. Dirty, mouldy, and uncared for.

Clean and very spacious indeed and great value

Parking was very limited as most roads around the apartment were permits. The apartment is on the main road which was quite noisy as the bedroom was at the front of the apartment. But not enough for me not to stay here again

The location was good as it was near the station. But it is by a busy road, so quite noisy in the front room.

Very poorly appointed for glassware and crockery and other kitchenware. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. The hot water stopped working one day. The place is very dark and depressing.
