Very clean place, good food, abundance of food especially for the money, all the time fresh. Hassan top manager , helped us a lot, explained what to do and not to do while in Marrakesh, help us with some bookings as well

Not much to complain about.

"We had a beautiful stay and would 100% come back!"

Everyone was so friendly and the location was very quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk offered lots of helpful hints for Marrakesh.

The doors to the rooms are mostly glass. Overall, it is a very quiet property. However, if people are in the courtyard area you can hear them sometimes.

Very poor access into the property with no adequate lighting. Attacked by house cat as soon as we got their. No handrail on stairs Dicoloured and chipped crockery.small boxy room with no window or ventilation only a/c recycling stale air. Unable to comunicate our concerns as no one spoke english. All menus and instructions all in French. I am lactose intolerant so unable to eat anything for breakfast. No alternative offered. We left after 1st night of a 11 night stay. As no alternatives where offered in repect of room.
