Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Awesome all-inclusive experience, an adults-only hotel with fabulous beach, pool, restaurants, views and facilities.

Needed a break from work and the Winter weather. Impressions was recommended to us and did not disappoint. Our butlers David and Angel were responsive and always available to assist, give recommendations and reserve activities or outings for us. 5 to 6 days is ideal to experience all on offer. The views were stunning everywhere you looked.

A resort that really is the jewel in the crown. We spent 10 perfect days here, and felt very humbled by the way we were looked after with such care and attention to detail. Our butlers Alexander and Zelma were first class, always going the extra mile with information, making dinner and excursion reservations, and decorating our room so beautifully to celebrate my husbands birthday and our retirement. We were always given a warm welcome by Erika and Maribel when we went to breakfast, and Eric and Carlos were so helpful and attentive with our menu choices. Additionally when we dined at Wildfire,( which became a fast favourite place for dinner with mouth watering steaks), we were warmly welcomed by Arlene. Our waiter Carlos was very knowledgeable about wine choices and menu recommendations, and we especially loved his kindness and humour. Manuel made our days very comfortable by the sea , setting up our sunbeds with extra cushions and towels, drinks and food menus ,as well as checking in on us regularly We enjoyed watching the sun go down on the rooftop bar, and it was fun being looked after by Edwin Carlos and Genner , appreciating their cocktail expertise and expanding our Spanish vocabulary which made us all laugh. There were some wonderful themed nights, we were treated to an Ancestral Prehispanic show of fire and dance,in the temple; an evening of tarot readings, palm readings and crystals on the rooftop bar: a silent disco party at the Isola bar (which caused much hilarity); live Mexican music;Djembe Drum show ..to name but a few. April and Ritik were very supportive telling us what was going on as well as doing/organising an awesome e-bike ride on another day , card readings by the sea, a trip out in golf buggy , and a memorable sunset cruise ..such great guest experience and so many talents. We had a beautiful ocean front room on the 4th floor, what view to wake up to each day, and the most stunning sunsets. The room itself was really spacious, a very comfy bed.. every detail was thought of to make our experience memorable, the list would be too long to name them as there were so many. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful place and make more memories. every member of staff we met were such a delight . Our overall rating is definitely 10 out of 10. Thank you.

My husband and I spent 6 days at this beautiful resort. It was one of our favorite vacations ever! Our butlers, Vianey and Wedinzon were always happy to help with anything we needed. They made all our dinner reservations and decorated our room with balloons, signs, and cards for my birthday! Ritik, the Service Manager, took us for a tour of the Town Center by golf cart after dark. The area was all lit up for Christmas and it was beautiful. He took us to one of his favorite restaurants for pizza and beer and organized it so that the waiters brought out a piece of flan with a birthday candle and sang to me for my birthday! It was such a happy and delicious surprise that I’ll never forget! April and Adrian were part of the Activities Team and we did several fun things with them. We took an e-bike tour with April to Punta Sur and also took a mixology and tarot reading class. It was lots of fun. With Adrian, we took a ceviche cooking class, karaoke, and also a sunset tour. They were all wonderful experiences and made for a memorable trip. Our favorite restaurant was Spezia - the food was delicious. Our waiter was Edgar and he was superb. On our last meal, he brought us a beautiful dessert and wrote in chocolate on the plate wishing us safe travels and come back soon. It was a wonderful surprise! The resort is stunningly beautiful and we had an ocean front room on the 4th floor. The service was impeccable, the space was large, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved the double rainfall shower. Overall, I rate secrets impression a 10 out of 10 and hope to return again someday soon.

David and Angel took phenomenal care of us this week! Hands down our favorite vacation spot. Every part of the property makes you feel special.

This resort is AMAZING! The island and the people are also FANTASTIC! My sister and I celebrated my birthday early and this is by far my FAVORITE PLACE EVER!!!! The resort is beautiful with high end finishes and wonderful amenities. They also have the best free activities, including a bike tour with Frankie who exudes love and vast knowledge about the island and he has the BEST spirit. You can also rent a golf cart to explore the resort which we did twice! Our butlers Wedinzon and Vianey took such great care of us and they even created a Harry Potter themed bday celebration for me. Eduardo in the cafe shared his kind smile and warm customer service every day and the staff at every opportunity greeted us and provided stellar service. The food was also spectacular! The Wildfire grill was my favorite but every place had the freshest and most flavorful food I’ve had at any resort. I will 100% be back — this resort and the people have stolen my heart!

Isla Mujeres will forever hold a special place in my heart. This was my first time in Mexico, and my partner Joe and I chose to celebrate my birthday here, and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Ángel and David, who assisted us throughout our stay, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. Their recommendations and care truly elevated our entire experience. At the pool, Antonio made sure we had the exact cabana and view we requested. He consistently checked in on us and ensured we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Everything was true luxury hospitality! Each morning started beautifully with breakfast, followed by yoga, and every single interaction with the staff throughout the property was warm, kind, and accommodating. No matter who we encountered, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. This trip was relaxing, special, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place where the service is impeccable, the energy is peaceful, and the staff truly cares, Impression Isla Mujeres is it. We’re already planning our trip back!

My wife and I stayed during the second week of December. The trip was absolutely amazing. From the room to the food to the service and everything in between. A special shout-out to our butlers Erick and Edgar, they were super attentive and responsive and even made sure to add some special personalized touches to our trip. We also enjoyed grabbing a night cap every night at the Unik bar on the rooftop, Victor and Jener were a ton of fun, it became our nightly tradition to hang out with them up there. We had the most amazing time and hope to be coming back very soon.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. We got checked in at the marina, was served a variety of drinks. We found out both us AND the couple coming with us had gotten an upgrade (which is never guaranteed but we were getting married there so we were hopeful they'd work with us) Our luggage was loaded for us on the catamaran as we got to float along while they continued to serve us from their selection. David was our butler and he was absolutely AMAZING. He took pictures of us on our wedding day. I saw him before I walked down the aisle and saw the happiness on his face for me and had to stop to give him a hug. Absolutely fantastic butler service. Food is very subjective but we found almost everything to be really really good. I actually lost 3 pounds on my trip and not for the reasons you'd think - there are plenty of active things to do and walk around and see (for instance Punta Sur with a ten minute walk and is breathtaking with lots of trails to walk by the ocean) but the grounds itself is beautiful to walk around and explore. And they had SO many healthy options. I ate fresh fish almost daily and it was lovely. Lots of fresh water available to drink with meals and in between adult beverages. No one beats service in Mexico. We loved sweet Eduardo at Cacao. He remembered we got married a week after the fact and made a heart design on my latte. Hermes, Elwin, Jabar, Miguel, Gil and Regina were amazing, and that's only listing a few. VERY attentive, always looking to see if you needed anything, to share a joke or chat if you wanted to. Wait service overall was great. Victor at Wildfire, Oscar at Sake and Tony/Daniel at Sake (Tepenyaki) were some stand outs. We had a lot of trouble with service and food at La Vista so that was the only one we avoided. The food was really not good and after 2 hours of not even getting desert, we tipped and left. But hey, food is subjective and perhaps they were short staffed that day so it is what it is. The spa was great, we had a couples massage and my hubby went back for another massage afterwards and absolutely loved it. It's expensive but they run specials and if you have resort credits OR based on room booking you can get a % off which I feel like makes it more manageable. Shout out to Pam and the wedding crew that went over and above. The wedding was beautiful and thoughtful and everything we hoped it could be. We would absolutely go here again. The resort was clean and beautiful, and no country does service like Mexico, seriously. Loved the island and the ability to hope on a golf cart and scoot around the island as well. Cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for a chill, relaxing, high end upscale resort stay where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy. We'll definitely be back in the future!

We came here two nights for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay at Impression! We experienced the best & exceptional service, super friendly staff, including Ritik (guest experience manager ), our two butlers: Wedinzon&Vianey !! :) The food ist amazing and the location just unique and brilliant!! We also loved that the transportation from the mainand with the katamaran ferry is already included and you get the first drink already on the boat. The only thing we figured, that prices for the hotel doubled since May 2025!!! That is a pitty...
