Review of Super Collection O Coorg (200 words) I recently stayed at Super Collection O Coorg and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a good job, and the overall cleanliness of the interiors was commendable. Additionally, the staff were polite and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and willing to assist when available. However, the major downside of this property is its entrance. Right at the front, there is a bar where people openly drink and even urinate nearby, creating a strong and unbearable stink. This makes the environment highly unpleasant and completely unsuitable for families, especially those with children. Moreover, despite the listing mentioning breakfast, there was no one available in the morning to provide even tea or basic refreshments. This was quite disappointing for us as travelers expecting a minimal morning service. To add to the inconvenience, there were frequent power cuts during our stay, and unfortunately, the property does not have a generator. This made it very uncomfortable, especially during the night. In summary, while the rooms and staff were good, the overall experience was marred by poor surroundings, lack of amenities, and basic facilities. Not recommended for families.
