Olympic Glamping

We booked a tent that was for 4 adults. When we arived there were only enough beds for 3 people. When I tent called and spoke to Annie, she told me that "technically" the tent can hold four adults, but they only provide beds for three adults. I said, "Okay, can you bring another mattress of rent us another tent." Annie said that "Neither was possible." I said, "Okay, then we can't stay here because we have a guest with no place to sleep." They said "That's fine but there is no refund." I said "Well, that seems unfair." Annie said, "Well, four adults could sleep there." Needless to say I gave up. In additoin to that, the "Glamping" was absolutely not "Glamping." The place was not well kept at all. The pillows were dirty, even for a campsite, and the area around the tent was uncleared trees. Beyond all of thses issues, the support staff was not apologetic at all. They were simply rude. I suspect this is a scam, because they misrepresent the propoerty and then keep the charges. When I was on the phone with Annie, another guest pulled up and called the person they were meeting and told them not to come because the site was not what they expected either. I would also add, that if I was a guest not accompanied by another person, I think safety would be an issue. The area was no lights and is very isolated. Overall, please don't consider this place. You will be uncomfortable and likley unsafe.

Location was great for getting to Lake Crescent and the surrounding park, and it was nice not having to set up a tent and to have a real bed, but basic amenities were lacking. There were no picnic tables—just a tiny coffee table in the tent that was too small for a camp stove, no potable water, and no spigot to wash dishes. The bathrooms were clean, but the shower water was frigid cold and the water in the sinks and toilets didn’t always work.

This was my son's first camping experience and it couldnt have been better. He was so excited about the tent and exploring the area. I will definitely do this again and would recommend to everyone!

Beds were amazing!! So comfortable and the yurt was clean. Very overpriced for the amenities offered. Bathrooms were dirty, unable to shower due to limited water pressure with other guests also using the bathrooms/showers at the same time. The ground in front of our yurt was very sloped and difficult to cook on our campsite.

This isn’t what I understand clamping to be. This is tent camping and if you go in with that in mind, the tents are decent and the beds were comfortable. Most notable takeaways? Property managers on site were absolutely wonderful! Friendly and extremely helpful! Tent sites are quite rustic and parking is a problem…a big problem. This location is not currently prepared to manage the expected cars necessary to fill the tents and just walking around it was clear how frustrated visitors were with the lack of suitable parking.

This was a cute little spot to overnight by Olympic National Park. Close enough to Port Angeles for other food options. Was really quiet and peaceful. Also the bed was so comfy. I passed out fast and slept through the night. Bathrooms/showers available as well. Highly recommend.

I did not like my stay at all spot 16. There were a bunch of issues. 1. Tent # should be bigger & placed better. We were driving looking & following the path/#s and still missed our spot. 2. Many tents on the property had open parking spot for a car in front of their tent. Ours had a potential spot, but no car could safely fit in the spot with enough space for a car to go through the path. I tried and had to park elsewhere as it was just not possible. I overheard the cleaning team say the same of the spot. 3. A clear path to the tent, less forest density, spacious fire pit area, and less bugs were also seen at other tents, but not ours. Our path was not entirely clear and after going through it we got to a very forest dense firepit & tent. It was 4pm in the summer (sunset8/9pm) yet it was dark in the tent as if the sun was/had set. Because of the forest density the air was more moist & there were a lot of mosquitoes & flying bugs around our firepit & tent. Firepit was small. Although we left it unused due to the large amount of bugs, I don't think it would be fun to sit that close to any fire. 4. Upon first entry of the tent I saw a bunch of bugs. A large fly, mosquitoes, crickets, bugs on the bed which I found out was a jumping bristletail, & a couple other bugs that I did not get a good look at since it was quite dark. I expected some bugs, but not that much & def not on the bed. 5. Other guest were loud & I could hear them clearly. 6. Bathroom stairs could use hand rails.

For a campsite, it was great, the beds were comfy with lots of cozy blankets and the tent stayed warm through the night. The staff were super good communicating in advance of our arrival and clarifying for us by text and on site when we arrived. The road in was a bit rough, especially since we arrived at night, and it could use better signage, but they gave us very clear directions to find it

This is a cute concept but this place was not ready for renters. We have no place to park, the manager was rude about it. The roads are not big enough to drive nor park! The roads are one way only, we have only been here 30 minutes and have been in two traffic jams! We were told we could park across the lot in two different locations away from our tent. Then told to drive around the loop and wait while getting in another traffic jam. The only road in this place is barely a one way road! It is only one way in and one way out of this place it is not safe!! The managers park in a white van in the middle of the road like squatters! Again, the idea is cute. HORRIBLE execution!! I want a TOTAL REFUND!!
