Everything is really good

Good central location in Osh, a short walk to the main market. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived. Room was very spacious and bed was large and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with a varied selection of dishes

No bed side lights in room just main lights

After a 12 hr share taxi ride from Bishkek to Osh we felt like pampering ourselves. The massive room and bed, excellent ensuite and an extravagant buffet breakfast did not disappoint! The hotel is also perfectly located for easy walking to restaurants and the bazaar.

All included, and very friendly staff!

Glad to see fruit and vegetables on the buffet. Internet was sketchy, but I used my personal hotspot. Hotel is located in a fantastic centrally located area. The room was very big and clean, but I think I had a deluxe room.

The staff couldn’t figure out how to use a credit card, and suggested that we go to the ATM and get cash. We didn’t and eventually they figured it out. On the other side of our stay, they couldn’t figure out how to get us a receipt even though we asked the night before and we’re planning to leave at 7:45 in the morning so we wanted the receipt to be ready.

The best thing about this hotel are the huge rooms! Breakfast above average. Rooms to the back on a high floor are quiet even though the hotel is located at one of the busiest intersections in town. Very ample free parking in the back of the hotel.
