The staff were lovely the room was not to bad iv paid more and had worse !

Well iv travelled all over the uk with my work this would have to be the worst bed iv stayed in ! Bumpy lumpy and the pillows are bullet proof

Hotel is cold, no seels round windows, even with blinds and curtains closed room was baltic

"nice seat shame about breakfast breakfast included on booking but only continental which was fruit pastries toast cereal"

dirty shower smelly bathroom you can smell very strong lines and alcohol in the property
