Garamond, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Krakow Old Town

The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. The rooms are beautiful. Bed is comfortable and just the correct firmness. I would highly recommend

Lovely building and decor. Staff super friendly. Great location to the train station and the centre. Did not use the restaurant or bar as plenty of options surrounding the hotel. My only criticism is that the room was unbearably hot at night but thankfully you can physically open the windows in the room so we spent most of the time with the window open. There seemed to be a lack of control when operating the dial in the room to amend the temperature so we just gave up and open/closed the window as necessary.

Rent og pent hver dag. Meget bra frokost. Hyggelig og behjelpelig personale. Sentral beliggenhet i rolige omgivelser.

We had an amazing experience here :) The rooms are big, newly renovated, very comfortable and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the room was always warm even during the cold January :) All our needs were thought of. The staff is very helpful and always smilling. The location was great. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the historical square and less than 10 minutes walk from central station. It was very central and still very quite and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Greate value for money and would definately recommend and choose again next time I am in Kraków :)

Wir waren ohne Auto in Krakau. Ab dem Hotel sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten entspannt zu Fuß oder mit der Tram erreichbar. Ganz einfach ist das Einbahnstraßensystem in Krakau nicht. Wer unbedingt möchte findet aber um das Hotel auch Parkplätze. Die sind generell in Krakau aber Mangelware. Das Hotelpersonal spricht hervorragendes Englisch und ist immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alles top 👌

Fyra fantastiska dagar i Krakow. Hotellets centrala läge gjorde att man kunde gå "hem" och vila fötterna. Frukosten hade allt och lite till. Bra och serviceminded personal inga problem med att kommunicera på engelska.

The vintage vibe in Old Town was perfect. The property was everything that I expect in a luxury hotel. I will be back.

Et fint hotell, sentralt, men likevel rolig til. Kort vei til shopping, markedsplass og jernbane. Bra frokost og service.
