USNo breakfast for us, we had to leave too early. The only thing that keeps this whole experience from totally excellent is that there is some highway noise which is not bad, but noticeable I would believe for light sleepers. It appears that all furnishings are close to new, looks and feels fine.

I used Motel6 to visit Roswell National Air Race. About 40 minutes drive from Roswell Air Center. Artesia is a small town but you will find everything you'll need for short stay.

the bathroon design is very disfunctional and shower handle was broken, water pressure was low. ac would work off and on. pillows were flat had to ask for extra pillows.
Very small rooms, hard mattress. Beds are a bit small classed as full but they were 3/4 beds. While property was clean and appeared safe, it was a bit run down. Pool out of order. Parking lot was not marked as per spaces.
