Very clean room, AC works well. Staff very polite and helpful. I had one room meal and it was pretty good. Didn't try the terrace breakfast.

For the price I expected a larger room. No sound proofing and large gap at the bottom of the door allowing in a lot of light in the room: whenever anyone exits his room they slam the door and the noise is just too much (always happens with these key-card locks): it feels like you are sleeping in the hallway basically. I can only assume they can hear everything from the outside too?! The room (on 2nd floor, I guess 3rd floor would be the best choice) has a large nice window but facing on some people's terrace (therefore curtains always closed) = 0 privacy.

Very well trained and well behaved staff. Went out of the way to make us feel welcome. Very prompt and very comforting. That's the kind of stuff, guests want to come back to.

The hot water situation in the shower was kind of tricky.
