The hospitality was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The reception team was excellent and provided top-notch service. We also enjoyed the food, although the buffet could have had more variety and better options.

Very disappointed with the swimming pool. The water was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained properly. After paying over ₹13,000, we expected much better hygiene and service. The condition of the pool was unacceptable and spoiled our experience. Management should take cleanliness and maintenance more seriously.
