We had a wedding trip to Georgia. Since our plane arrived at 4 am(06.08.2025), we booked this apartment from 05.08.2025 in order not to wait for check-in time, because we know that we would be tired after the flight. They had 1 full day to prepare the apartment for our arrival, but when we entered the apartment, it looked like somebody was staying there. Very dirty, and things were scattered all over the room. It was disappointing. The staff gave us a different apartment, the issue was quickly resolved, but since it was the beginning of the trip, it negatively affected our impressions.

"Ich bin enttäuscht und wollte meine Geld zurückhaben"

Das Einzige Positive war der schöne Meerblick vom Balkon.

Es war schrecklich. Die Zimmer waren schmutzig, die Türkarte hat fast jedes Mal nicht funktioniert, der Strom ist oft ausgefallen. Das Schlimmste war, dass ein Rohr im Bad geplatzt ist und wir 5 Tage lang das Bad nicht benutzen konnten. Außerdem waren im Flur deutlich die Stöhnen von Prostituierten zu hören, und auf den Aufzug musste man manchmal bis zu einer halben Stunde warten.

"Lo peor.sucio Miles de personas fatal"

Es un engaño total empezando que ponen hotel 5 estrellas y es un apartamento hostal viejo masificado de gente, sin terminar las obras en el edificio ni sus instalaciones . Son tres bloques con 3692 apartamentos cada uno. Cada bloque tiene 6+6 anscensores pero solo funcionan 8. Hay que esperar 45 minutos para subir o bajar.

Es un engaño de Booking, llevo reservando más de 15 años en muchísimos países y no me había pasado nunca. Los comentarios que ponen que está muy bien están comprados Es lo peor que puedes encontrar. Sucio, masificado, edificio en obras, sin terminar y sus instalaciones. Esto en Europa es impensable y denunciable

Расположение и сумма отличные. Все необходимое есть в номере. Вид шикарный с 32 этажа.

Когда включили кондиционер , вода с него начала литься в номер на стол намочив все, что там лежало. Мы не стали писать/ звонить хозяевам, так как целыми днями все равно находились вне номера. Не хватало полотенца для ног в ванной. Ожидание лифта достаточно долгое.
