Good environment. Nice everywhere. A relax place that I would like to come again.

Re the buffet restaurant, dishes are not clean. In room, pillows are not comfortable.

We had a seaview suite, though the seaview was only able to be seen if we were out at the balcony and at an angle. The bedroom was bright, spacious, and high ceiling. Move decor throughout the hotel. New and clean but need work on staff training and service.

Breakfast has lots of choices, but the quality was average for what you paid for. Staff english level and helpfulness need to improve. The pool bar had no staff most of the day during pool opening hours and no contact information available on how you could order drinks or contact any staff. I was unable to locate any staff to buy water for 2 hours. Eventually, I have to go back to v the room to get water. Pink salt bar cocktails were below average. One signature gin cocktail basically was just gin and ice with no flavor at all. the presentation was completely different from the menu. Disappointing.

Very very nice hotel. The hotel is a lot nicer than in the photos. Fantastic pool area, excellent breakfast. The design is amazing. Woul surely come back.

Please install a charging facility for electric bikes in the parking. Please take care (even if it's not a part of the hotel territory) of the small path that gets to the beach as it is full of rubbish and really unpleasant.

We were at the hotel with my family, with two children, from February 15 to February 22. A luxury hotel with excellent staff. The hotel grounds are clean and beautiful. Big rooms with balcon. Good and high-quality room cleaning. Warm pools, lots of sun beds. The hotel is suitable for families with children, there are many playgrounds (open and closed), a children's water park, animators. Convenient parking. The hotel has big garden, its very beautiful. Many trees and flowers. Very good breakfast, lots of exotic fruits, the food is delicious, not spicy. We were full. There was an evening show. The sea is close, across the street. The sea is warm, the beach is clean. The hotel does not speak English and Russian well, but the Internet translator helped everyone. Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel. We were the only Russians, the rest were Chinese. They treated us very well, helped us, explained. People are very kind and friendly. Thank you very much to the receptionist Jane. Her work was excellent. She helped us with absolutely everything, where to go, how to get there, find the lost thing. We became very friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel. We'll do a video review on YouTube later.

The hotel stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, clean and immaculate with balcony and fantastic sea views, the bed was so comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
