Monaco Residences Piantini

It was a great property and centrally located. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm and professional. The only issue was the staff were working on our AC in the 2-bedroom we booked when we arrived, so they put us in a 1 bedroom for one night. Although this was not ideal, they did a great job communicating with me and they moved us upon our return on the 2nd evening. We were pretty easy going, so it didn't bother us. However, when we did move, the 2 bedroom was massive. We were beyond happy and it was worth the wait. We will absolutely stay here again upon our return.

This was not a hotel, it's a luxury apartment with the gym on the 2nd floor, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi on the rooftop with great city view. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, there were only bar soap and conditioners. There were washer and dryer in the unit, bring your own detergent. It was close to walk the big shopping mall with the bank and the grocery store. Many local restaurants nearby.

Beautiful all white floors were a big hit with my fiancée. The view on the rooftop was amazing and you can grill food up there!

Being required to wear one of those wristband things like at a nightclub. The jaccuzis don’t really work. King size bed would make it 10/10.

Hard to do check-in as an English speaker. And there were some issues with ants in the room.
