Mana Eco Retreat

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and peaceful. Upon entering the property, you immediately feel relaxed. Our stay included a pass to unlimited yoga classes and a 60 min massage. I absolutely loved all the yoga classes, the teachers were great! Hubby enjoyed the spa. The pool is also really nice. The vegetarian/vegan restaurant was a nice change to eat healthy for a few days. Our room was lovely. Tastefully designed, with a comfortable bed and nice porch.

There are feral cats that come onto the property. A general problem in Lombok. Also no-see-um bugs start biting when you sit on pool loungers. But minor issues and I would definitely come back and next time stay longer.

The yoga classes were great and the selection of different ones available was amazing. There were two pools which was als great. The stay was comfortable

They are building a new yoga studio (yay) which sadly meant it was nosiy during my stay. Lots of mosquitos - spray in the room would be really great

Stayed in their dorms with 10 bed capacity. For my first time staying in a dorm, the experience was enjoyable. The room was large and comfortable, bath soap/shampoo/conditioner provided smelt amazing and was high quality. Room design was minimalistic in the best way. There are water refills around the resort and one was placed conveniently right outside. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Everyone was quiet and respectful of each other’s space. Was not messy, people are relatively considerate of maintaining cleanliness and did not feel grimy at any point. The front desk staff were a delight! Very warm, friendly and chatty, always greeted with smiles. They even casually remember every guest’s name so simply. Helpful in arranging transport out of accommodation. The free breakfast was amazing. Almost everything on the menu is vegan, very healthy and accommodative options; a vast selection of plant-based and gluten free meals. The unlimited yoga and pilates make the stay 100% worth it. The instructors are generally great— pilates classes were challenging, feels like you got a good work out in. Yoga teachers were great but the classes could be more intermediate, I think it depends on the general students proficiency so I get it.

Why 8 and not a 10: The dorms could get a little hot; a mini fan is available in each bunk but kinda useless— should be upgraded. Massage wasn’t a “wow”. My masseuse’s technique and pressure was good but she could not speak a lick of English. I’m Asian and code switching is like breathing air but even I was struggling. Massage session lacked certain features which are common-place like washing of feet in the beginning by the masseuse; here you do it yourself. Room design was alright. Booked & paid for a 90min massage but only got 75min. Informed another staff and I did get a refund, but let’s just say they aren’t the friendliest/nicest. Would’ve booked more but due to the lower than standard service comparing to majority of Indonesia, I skipped out on it. Definitely go somewhere else for a better experience. Most of the restaurant staff were friendly, but there were 2 (men) that were slightly rude with their dismissive and curt attitude. I invited a few m8s to dine at their restaurant who didn’t stay in Mana and I felt like the staff was standoffish. Didn’t hold eye contact and was indifferent. Kinda off putting. Construction (slight not heavy) noises could still be heard now in April 2026.

Séjour incroyable !! C’est un lieu exceptionnel, très apaisant ! Les cours de yoga sont très qualitatifs, mention spéciale pour le cours de yin myofascial. Le restaurant est succulent et nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Après plusieurs semaines de voyage professionnel, c’était l’endroit parfait pour recharger les batteries.
